Some people, despite carrying out drastic diets and tough exercising routines, still have a huge problem getting rid of chest fat. It seems that, no matter what they try, chest fat wont go away. A cause of this nuisance is a larger amount of glands situated under the nipples, which determines the accumulation of fat.
Specialists discovered a diet that can help these people lose chest fat. It is called the Keto diet and it will be explained right away. This is the first method for losing chest fat.
The principle of this diet is based on a process called ketosis, determined by carbohydrate deprivation in the body. Ketosis will use the body fat to transform it into ketones, a substance that the brain uses as fuel. Usually, the brain needs glucose - which is drawn from carbohydrates - to function, so, when glucose lacks, the body will produce it from what it has. This means that the Keto diet is based on a very small amount of carbohydrates consumption; only maximum 30 grams are allowed. The body will begin burning fat, and your muscles will be spared as the diet also recommends a consumption of 50-150 grams of protein each day.
There are three ways to lose chest fat with this diet.
1. Standard Keto diet: You will need to eat no more than 30 grams of carbohydrates per day and sustain the diet for as long as it takes to achieve the fat loss you are targeting. From time to time, you can eat more carbohydrates, but not for more than one or two days. Weight lifting is recommended during the diet.
2. Targeted Keto diet: Your muscles will need energy while on a diet, so the targeted Keto diet allows for a consumption of 25-50 grams of carbohydrates, within an hour before your exercise routine consisting of weight lifting begins; these carbohydrates are to be counted besides the 30 grams allowed each day.
3. Cyclic Keto diet: You can stimulate the body to burn the fat, depriving the body from carbohydrates during the week, and eating carbohydrates on weekends; it is recommended to have supervision while following this diet.
There are some exercises recommended for losing chest fat that needs to be repeated for 20 times on a single set. Perform incline press for upper area of the chest, flat press for the middle area, and decline press for the bottom area. Push ups are good, as well, along with exercises with flies. During a period of two months, you should see the first results.
If the Keto diet does not work, you can try Lipoderm-Y. This cream must be applied on the skin twice a day, and exercise during that period. This is the second method for losing chest fat.
The third and last method is surgery. You will need an intervention that will take the fat out of the chest and remodel your area so it looks good. It is a very efficient method, but it should be tried after everything else failed.
